4 Miles, again

Today was 4 miles of running again. I didn't want to push or over exert my muscles too much as the 18.6 mile run is this Sunday. I did just enough to get my heart racing and muscles working, but I didn't want to strain anything. I'm getting really nervous about Sunday. It just seems so far. At least I know the course well, that will mentally help me out. My anxiety is building, I don't know if it's nervousness or excitement. Breakfast: cereal, yogurt, milk Lunch: 2 soy vegetable patties Dinner: Ooooodles of pasta.
