I'm still in pain. The blister on my toe (right foot) is so tender. We went out for a 4 mile run this morning. My toe was the most painful. Forget about the fact that my quads were crying in pain, my toe made it very difficult to run. But I pushed through the pain. I needed to get back in motion. I feel better when I'm active.
My back still feels weak. The muscle strain in my right sholder/back still bothers me. I know I say this a lot, but since tomorrow is a rest day for running, I'm going to do upper body strength exercises. I really hope I don't convince myself out of it tomorrow morning when I wake up. I'm so depressed about how poor my muscle strength is in my abdomin, back and upper body.
