Yay, Another Different Exercise
I was still a little tired yesterday from Saturday's run. I took some time and cleaned around the condo yesterday and did lots of ironing. I must of been too vigorous and that with the fact that I haven't done much upper body work in the last few months, created a severe pain in my back. Today's run was great, I had to do 5 threshold runs in the middle of the exercise. I felt wonderful running fast. It was such a rush! I didn't feel too tired doing the threshold runs, however when I was doing the 10 minute run sequences with 5 minute walks in between, I felt the fatigue start to set in. I liked the challenge and I liked the fact that it was something different to do. Weight: 119 pounds Breakfast: 1/2 power bar, cereal Lunch: Leftover Salmon ravioli Snack: a few Hershey's kisses, 10 cream puffs Dinner: Salmon, rice
