Are Those Really My Legs?!
Today was a day of rest for running. I decided to work on my Upper Body strength and did a Firm DVD. I feel like I'm getting a little stronger in the upper body. As I was hunched over to a Lat pull exercise, I noticed my legs, or so I hoped. They didn't really look like my legs. They were muscular and thin and looked nice. No, those can't be my legs. But they were. I was so happy in how they looked. I only wish my mid-section looked that good. But, it is still untoned, flabby and weak. It just doesn't look pleasant. Well, I wish I was doing more for my upper body and stomach, but I guess the sporadic workouts are better than nothing. Weight: 115.5 pounds Breakfast: Potatoe soup, cranberry juice Lunch: left over chicken and garlic mashed potatoes Snack: Twix Dinner: Manicotti, vegetables, chocolate ice cream
