Enough with the Pain!

I did not go running this morning. My ankle was so tender and soar and I don't even know why. It hurt as if I spained it or something. I don't know, excruciating pain on the inside bone of my ankle. I don't ever remember twisting it or bumping it so I have no clue what is causing the pain. It is so tender to the touch and walking is really difficult. Breakfast: cereal, orange juice Lunch: 2 vegetable soy patties, yogurt smoothie Dinner: chicken and mashed potatoes.
