Back to Running (Finally feeling better)!

I rested well throughout the night and felt great when I woke up this morning. I was a little bit nervous to go out jogging, but knew I needed to start back on track if I wanted to make it to the marathon. I didn't follow the exercise schedule (today was supposed to be a rest day). But, I did 3 miles easy this morning. I did feel a little weak, but my endurance held strong throughout the entire run. My leg muscles felt fatigued but didn't have any problems handling the workout. I feel great. I even made it to work without any trouble. I seem to have lost 3 pounds. I know I wanted to loose weight, but being sick was not worth it. I wonder how long I can maintain the weight loss. Well, I'm feeling about 95% good today. I'm so happy I was able to go out jogging this morning. It felt good. :) Weight: 116.5 pounds Breakfast: cereal, banana Lunch: roast 2 soy patties, raspberries, little bit of candy Dinner: Salmon, garlic mashed potatoes
