It's Creeping Closer
The marathon is very very scarily close. I ran 3 miles this morning for workout and felt good. When I got home from work, my insides felt knotted. I was so weak, it was hard to make food. I thought I would be okay and just tried to drink lots of water and sleep. Tomorrow is the Turkey Trot. Shouldn't be too bad since it's only 10 miles and I know the course. It will just be like any other weekend training session. Weight: 119.5 pounds Breakfast: 2 eggs, milk, cranberry juice Lunch: soy pattie with bun, Hershey's bar Dinner: Lots of pasta, garlic bread
