Back to Running
Yesterday we were supposed to run in the morning. But, unfortunately my legs were still very weak and sore. I still needed another day of rest. Today I went out for the 3 mile run. It wasn't too bad, my quadriceps were still a little sore. But after Sunday's 12.2 miles, 3 miles didn't seem so awful. Weight: 118.5 pounds Breakfast: 1/2 power bar, 1/2 bagel with cream cheese Lunch: 2 soy chicken parmesean patties, grapes, 1/2 power bar Dinner: Lasagna
