A Different Excercise
Today I went for the new Friday excercise even though I did not do Thursday's workout. It was fairly simple to follow and I felt great throughout. 3 x 10 min run / 5 min walk. I'm hoping that I am prepared well enough for Sunday's race. I feel good and I am confident. Weight: 118 pounds Breakfast: Oatmeal, yogurt Lunch: 2 garden vegge patties Snack: Reese's peanut butter ice cream sandwich (whoops) Dinner: Chicken Pot Pie, Brown Rice
