What is there to do? Only Pain...
Youch! My legs muscles are in so much pain. It took a long time to walk to work. I took two Advil, but they haven't helped out much. Hopefully I will be able to walk better tomorrow, I'm just going to keep stretching throughout today. Weight: 119.5 pounds Breakfast: 1 piece of toast, yogurt Snack: 1 garden vegge pattie Lunch: left over Mahi Mahi, shrimp, and mashed potatoes
