A Little Bit More
Today's assignment was to run between 3 and 4 miles. I headed into Waikiki feeling pretty good. I seemed to hit every single traffic light, so it was a lot of stop and go. I made it to the 1.5 mile mark and went a little further. I'm not positive, but I think I ran 3.5 mile. I felt a little sluggish on the way back up the hill, but I finished the exercise. My right calf muscle is sore and tight again today. I will have to make sure to continue stretching. I'm getting a little nervous about Saturday's 2 hour 15 min run. It will be up and down the hills at Diamond Head. It's going to be a really hard exercise.
