Improvement

Today I did the same exercise as I did on Tuesday. It felt so great to run really fast. It was still a hard challenge, but I can feel myself improving. My right calf muscle was still sore even though I've been stretching it out a lot. My left hamstring and glut is getting stiff and sore from sitting at work all day. I've been trying to get up and stretch every half an hour. I'm still nervous about this Saturday's run. I'm so glad tomorrow is a rest day.
