Thursday

Today's excercise was smooth sailing. It was another 4 x 5min run/5 min walk sequence. I was still a little bit sore from the race on Sunday. I'm still trying to gain my strength back. Breakfast: 1/2 power bar, 1 piece of toast, yogurt Lunch: 2 soy chicken patties Dinner: lemon pepper chicken, brown rice, apple sauce
