Saturday Worries
Today is a day of rest, because tomorrow is the 20K race. I'm kind of nervous about it, but am trying not to think too much about what will happen. I tried not to do too much physical activity so that I'm not worn out by tomorrow. I also made sure to eat a lot of food, especially carbs. Breakfast: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese Lunch: Scrambled eggs, fried rice Dinner: frozen pizza, popcorn
