Friday - A New Routine

It was different waking up this morning to go running. Yesterday was a rest day which helped me recover from the weary run I had on Wednesday. I was able to get through the 4 x 5 min run/5 min walk sequence without any major issues. I figured out that my knees hurt because I sleep on my side and the bones in my knees are pressing against on another all night long. I will have to think of a remedy for this. Weight: 118.5 pounds Breakfast: 1/2 power bar, 1/2 bagel with cream cheese Lunch: leftover chicken and white rice Dinner: Lasagna, Bruchetta, bread
