Same routine today as last Monday. It went really smoothly. My knees were a little achy, but they felt better after running for a few minutes. Every Monday it seems like the marathon is so far away. It feels like I'm starting at the beginning again every time. Luckily on the Saturday practices it feels like the marathon is getting closer and closer.
Breakfast: power bar, Oatmeal Lunch: grilled chicken sandwich, grapes Dinner: crispy chicken, brown rice, apple sauce
