Knee pain
I did this morning exercise and my knee was very sore throughout the run. My hip felt okay (not great). My muscles are still very sore and it took a lot of effort to walk to work. I'm still happy and confident. I'm thinking that it may be fun to also do the Las Vegas Marathon in January. Weight: 121 pounds Breakfast: 1/2 power bar, gatorade, Oatmeal and apple sauce Lunch: 2 soy chicken patties, apple Dinner: Chicken pasta, ice cream and passion fruit
