So Much Food
Today was a rest day for me, which felt great after the workouts throughout the week. During lunch we were taken out to Buca Di Beppo (a good Italian Food restaurant). Of course, Italian food is my favorite and a big weakness of mine, so I piled on the Ravioli's and Manicotti. Mmmmmm...delicious! I can't believe I ate so much, but I never felt stuffed. I felt full, but not as if my buttons would explode open. Still a bit nervous about tomorrow's run. Don't know how I will make it the entire 90 minutes. Weight: 120 pounds Breakfast: toast, power bar Lunch: 6 ravioli's, 1 manicotti, 4 oz. of chicken, 1 spoonful of chicken patsa, and 1/2 piece of bread Dinner: chicken pasta
