Progress
Today's 3 mile run went really well I thought. It was a different route so it was a little more interesting. At least it was less populated with car exhaust and people smoking. I felt consistant and strong throughout the entire run, unlike most days when I feel as if I'm going to die if I take one more step. :) The sunrise was gorgeous over the mountains. The orange glow on the clouds always amazes me. Hawaii really is Paradise. When I got to work, I forgot that I had made Oatmeal but didn't eat it. I was in a rush and only ate yogurt and drank a Propel water and forgot the oatmeal in the microwave. So, for the first half of the morning, I felt very nauseous. It was such and awful feeling. I cooked up some Oatmeal and cut up an apple and ate that. I felt ten times better. Must remember to slow down and make sure to eat breakfast in the mornings. I'm so glad that I didn't indulge in the evil cakes yesterday at work, because when I stepped on the scale this morning I finally broke the 120 pound mark! WooHoo! I was ecstatic to see 119.5! I just hope it will keep going down.
