Mond-zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Sleepy today. I couldn't fall asleep easily last night, so when I woke up I was very sleepy. I did the prescribe exercise 1 min run / 1 min walk for 30 mins. I felt good, my hip wasn't hurting nearly as much as this weekend. I made it through the workout feeling pretty good. It's still a challenge for me, but not so much that I feel discouraged. I still feel sleepy. Tomorrow I am planning to do an Abdominal workout or and Upper Body/Abdominal workout. I guess it depends on how well I sleep and what I feel in the morning. I am still confident and happy that I am doing this and know that I will be able to make it to race day. Weight: 120.5 pounds Breakfast: 1/2 power bar, gatorade, cereal, green tea Lunch: Cesar salad, buffalo chicken sandwich, apple, Reese's Peanut Butter cup (I'm so addicted to sweets, especially chocolate), green tea Dinner: Chicken and pasta
