Pop goes the hip
The run this morning went well, however I didn't feel like I had the same amount of energy as with other runs this week. My hip wasn't in too much pain, but my right knee was very sore for 5 minutes. I'm just glad my clothes dried out from yesterday's run in the rain. My pectoral muscles are again aching when jogging, guess I wont be doing an upper body workout until next week. Even though it's not in pain, my hip keeps popping in my hip socket. It's very unnerving and I hope it stops. Weight: 120.5 pounds Breakfast: 1/2 power bar, 1/2 gatorade, 1 slice of cheese, chai tea Lunch: 2 soy chicken patties, leftover cake Dinner: Chicken, wheat rice, apple sauce
