Rainbows and Flowers

So sleepy this morning. I woke up feeling good but tired. During the run, my knees were just a little sore and my hip was fine. I did my leg strengthening exercises last night. My muscles were very fatigued but they carried me through the 18 min of 1 min run/1 min walk and 8 min of 2 min run/2 min walk sequence. It started to rain a little bit. But with the rain always come a beautiful Rainbow towards the ocean. It was beautiful! Also after the rain, the flowers scent permeated strong along the running path. I love the sweet smell of Plumeria's. Hawaii is heavenly. I couldn't shake the thought from my head that next week will start an even tougher speed drill workout. I need to mentally prepare. it will start on Monday with four 5 min run/5 min walk, that's 40 mins. I can do it! :) Still have a bright outlook at the marathon. It's only 108 days or so away. I can do it! I just need to catch up on my sleep a little bit. Weight: 119.5 Breakfast: Oatmeal and apple sauce, 1 piece of wheat toast, 1/2 glass of organe juice Lunch: grilled chicken sandwich, apple, 1/2 power bar Snack: biscuit Dinner: Chicken pasta
