A Good Day

Went out this morning for my training exercise. My left knee must be jealous of my right knee pain because as I was starting out, it was screaming in pain. But the pain in my knees subsided within a few minutes and I was on my way. I actually felt really good throughout the entire exercise. After the great workout, I start to dwell on Saturday's upcoming practice. 90 minutes is going to be the longest I've ever run in my entire life. How am I possibly going to make it through 90 minutes? I try and push this thought out of my head. All I can do is my best! Weight: 120 pounds Breakfast: 1/2 power bar, Oatmeal, 1 piece of toast, green tea Snack: 1/2 power bar Lunch: 2 soy vegge patties Snack: 1/2 power bar Dinner: 1 piece of toast, Turkey sandwich, potato chips
