Week 2 Begins
I rested yesterday and felt okay. Today I ran the required exercise 1 min run / 1 min walk for 30 minutes. I felt better than when I did this exercise last Monday. My hip was at the same level of pain as it was on Saturday, but I'm able to push through. My right knee hurt for the first 15 minutes and then the pain subsided. Overall it was a good run and I felt good about it. I am now feeling very confident that I can do this, I'm just going to follow the schedule. My hip pops a few times throughout the day. Weight: 120.5 pounds Breakfast: 1/2 power bar, cereal, 1/2 bottle of gatorade, banana, chai tea Lunch: Teriyaki beef burger, noodles, green tea Snack: Oatmeal Dinner: Chicken Pot Pie, tator tots
