Weakness
Today was a rest day for running. I decided to do a DVD "Firm Body Sculpt (Upper Body only)". The strength training exercises were very challenging. I didn't finish all the repetitions, but maybe next time will be better. There were a lot of evil food temptations today and I managed to avoid them all. I can't believe I did it! There was a triple chocolate delux cake that everyone seemed to be enjoying. I felt fine without having ingested the cake.
