Yippie! The weekend is almost here
No workout this morning. It was a great rest day. My right hip and knee weren't too sore, they just felt weak as if they are going to fall out of the joints. I did some of my hip exercises at work. Must keep doing them. I feel lazy that I didn't workout today, however it is scheduled to be a rest day. Tomorrow will be a long run. Since it's Friday the 13th, I've been on the lookout for black cats, tall ladders, and broken mirrors. Haven't seen anything unusual yet today :) There's nothing wrong with Friday the 13th's. Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast, cheese Lunch: 2 soy chicken patties, dole whip Snack: apple with Oatmeal Dinner: Lemon pepper chicken, wheat rice, apple sauce
