A New Monday

Today was the first Monday that we got assigned something slightly different to do for training. 4 x 5 min run/5 min walk. It started out really well. By the 4th run, I could feel my muscles starting to protest. It felt good to finish the new assignment without any issues though. That means I have made it safely to the next step. The 12.5 mile race is coming up this Sunday. I'm a bit nervous. I've only ever donw 7 miles. Although if I can repeat the great run on Saturday, I'll be in good shape and will be happy.
